The Process
Consultation & Fitting
We discuss your riding style, travel needs, and conduct a professional bike fit to determine your optimal geometry.
Frame Selection
Source a new steel or titanium frame to your specs, or prepare your existing frame for coupler installation.
Coupler Installation
Precision brazing of S&S couplers by certified craftsmen. Frame alignment verified to within 0.5mm tolerance.
Complete Build
Components selected to your specification. Final assembly, fitting adjustments, and travel case sizing.
